On Thursday, June 5, 2014, Timothy John Patterson Jr., unexpectedly passed away, at the age of 25. All of TJ’s services will be held at Ballard-Sunder Funeral Home, 4565 Pleasant Street SE, Prior Lake. The family will greet guests on Wednesday, June 11, from 4-7 pm and one hour prior to the Celebration of Life Service on Thursday, June 12 at 11 am. Pastor A. Paul Olson will preside. TJ will be laid to rest at Concord Hill Cemetery, in Lydia, MN. Urn bearers will be Derrick Holway and Kenny Kildahl. Lunch will follow the Celebration of Life Service at the Prior Lake VFW.

Gracing this world on January 17, 1989 in Minneapolis, MN, TJ was born to parents, Timothy John Sr. and Debra Kay (Unglesbee) Patterson. He was the younger brother to Matthew and Nicole. TJ graduated from Burnsville High School in 2007. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, especially at his grandparent’s cabin in a secret bay, for those largemouth bass. TJ also treasured spending time with friends, playing video games, camping and just hanging out.

TJ was the most kind and thoughtful son, brother, grandson and a great friend to many.

Left to honor TJ’s life and mourn his death is his father, Timothy (Carol) Patterson Sr; mother, Debra Patterson; brother, Matthew Unglesbee; sister, Nicole (Charles) Werner; grandparents, Mike and Gerry Patterson; step-grandfather, James Pederson; niece and nephew, Lucy and Hank Werner; uncles and aunts, Kevin (Melanie) Patterson, John Patterson, Robin (Todd) Crowe, Russell Unglesbee; other loving relatives and wonderful friends.

Preceded in death and there to welcome TJ’s home in heaven is grandparents, Judith Pederson and Sheldon Unglesbee.

He had a natural ability to lift people up with his wonderful sense of humor and fun loving nature. He was an incredible friend. Timmy was a very special young man. He continued to makes us laugh until we all cried. I met Timmy yrs ago while working at Target. He was creative, kind and a wonderful friend. He was loved and will be missed by many.
