Noah’s life was filled searching for new experiences, expanding his knowledge, and dreams of the future. He centered his life on simplicity, treating others with kindness and always looking beyond himself. Noah was this innocent and precious son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and great friend to many. He had this calming, sensitive and caring personality, always spoke about the good in others and was the heart of the family. Noah had this quiet and soft spoken demeanor, yet had a great sense of humor…he was a well-rounded young man.

Gracing this world on Friday, August 25, 2000, at St. Francis Hospital in Shakopee, MN, Noah was born to proud and loving parents, Christopher and Heidi (Raduenz) Smith. He weighed 9 pounds, 3 ounces and was 21 ½ inches long. It was Noah’s beautiful, bright, brown eyes and adorable smile, which welcomed you every day.

As a young boy, Noah enjoyed Sippy cups filled with chocolate milk and carrying around his favorite nigh-nigh teddy bear. He looked up to his older brother, Nick and sister, Ali, for support, guidance and love. Noah enjoyed dressing up as Bob the builder construction worker and Spider Man, whom he had this special love with too. He treasured taking care of his pet mechanical turtle, Speedy and his hamster, Chewy.

As Noah grew older, he became exceptionally creative and talented in so many ways. He turned to reading chapter books for hours at a time. Noah filled his days creating Lego creations, collecting Pez dispensers and Pokémon cards. He was gifted at drawing, entering many contests and winning awards, along the way. He enjoyed painting, playing the guitar, video games, chess and many other games.

In more recent years, Noah took a fond interest in fossil hunting, going on the annual trout fishing trip, with his dad and brother and even dappled in sports. He earned a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, enjoyed participating in the Bigger, Faster, Stronger program and creating movies. Noah treasured traveling and attending church with his grandparents and more recently visiting the Minnesota Science Museum with his dad.

Noah was extremely talented. He had endless possibilities for his future, such as being an archeologist, an architect, a writer, actor or even an artist. But his family finds some comfort in knowing that upon his passing, Noah gave the ultimate gift, by being an organ donor.

Left to honor Noah’s life and mourn the death are his parents, Chris and Heidi; brother, Nick; sister, Ali; grandparents, Dick and Gwen Raduenz, John and Gloria Smith; great-grandparents, Lorraine Fonnier, John and Melba Greeley; aunts and uncles, Jane (Dean) Culshaw, Greta (Dan) Burandt, Lisa Raduenz, Jeremiah Smith; cousins and devoted friends.

Preceded in death and there to welcome Noah home in heaven, great-grandparents, George and Rose Raduenz, Edward Fonnier, Virtue Moore and uncle, Michael Glenn Smith.

Pall bearers for Noah will be Troy Schwarting, Mike Boran, Matt Moore, Marshall Fratzke, Erik Peterson, Judson Gregory Sachs, Kevin McDonald, Dan Burandt, Ross John Peterson, Ryan Michael Tschimperle, Mitch DuBois, Dustin Beckius and honorary pall bearers are Jeremy Smith and Christian Peters..
