Condolence from Amy Calhoun on April 12th, 2016 7:50 pm

Mickey was not only a neighbor of mine in Shakopee , she was a good friend. She always welcomed me into her house so we could chat. Most of it was venting on how my ex treated me. She was a sweet woman and always had my respect. Her love for animals made me interested even more. She also had a pet squirrel that she found and when it got loose I helped her look for it. I send all my condolences to the family Jen & Matt. Miss you lots!

Condolence from Debbie on April 13th, 2016 6:50 am

That though the radiance which was once so bright be now forever taken from my sight. Though nothing can bring back the hour of splendor in the grass, glory in the flower. We will grieve not, rather find strength in what remains behind.

Condolence from Cathy LaMont on April 13th, 2016 8:15 am

Travis, Jen and family, I am so sorry for your loss. I have only met your mom/mother-in-law/grandma a hand full of times and she was so high spirited and full of smiles. The last time we met, her and Miss Pugslee where inseparable. She was full of laughter and joy and that is how I will always remember her. I wish I could be there for you on Saturday but since I am unable to attend, please give my condolences to your entire family.
My prayers and hugs go out to you all.

Condolence from Mary Kalvig on April 13th, 2016 1:24 pm

Travis, Jeremy, Jenny, and spouses, I know for the last 10 years we have not been close, but not a day went by that I did not think of all of you. I am so very sorry for your loss, and I pray that your sadness does not linger for a long time. Loosing your mom is the hardest thing to go through, but the pain does lessen as the days go by. Micky was a very strong woman, and I had learned a lot over the years from her. Again, I am so very sorry she has passed, but the suffering is over, and she is in a better place. I love and miss you all!!

Our hearts are broken…………seems just yesterday Michelle was giving me a ride on the back of that three wheel bicycle, we laughed and laughed and laughed. She will be tremendously missed. Our very, very best to you all and know you are in our hearts and our prayers. Bette & Tim

Condolence from MATTHEW BROWN on April 13th, 2016 8:46 pm

Mickey gave me my first job. I was 12 years old. I mowed the grass of what it seemed at the time to be a giant yard, especially in the back. She always paid me extra cause she said she liked the way I sang when I was mowing, usually with my headphones on belting out boys 2 men or something cheesy as such.

She was the coolest lady on the block. Mickey always had our back and was looking out for the neighborhood. That was a great time of my childhood and she played a great part in it. Thank you Mickey!
