Lori Billy, 55 of Shakopee passed away on September 8, 2016.
Time of Gathering of family and friends will be on Thursday, September 15, from ,6:00-7:30 pm with the Celebration of Life service to start at 7:30 pm all at Bayview Event Center, 687 Excelsior Blvd. Excelsior, MN.

Dear Ashley,
Steve and I are so sorry for the loss of your Mom. I know this must be a difficult time for you and I hope you find comfort in your memories of her great love for you. We are doing the same remembering all the good times and what a very special person she was. She will be in our hearts forever as will you and the treasured memories we have of your Dad. Be blessed and find comfort in knowing she no longer is suffering. You remain in our thoughts and prayers. Meg and Matt send their condolences as well. Our family has been sharing our fond memories of her all week. Such an amazing person and we loved her!
