Kenneth Hentges, age 66, passed away peacefully due to cancer on Sunday, April 5, 2020, at his home in Jordan, MN.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be live streamed on Wednesday, April 8, at 11 am, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, by visiting sjbjordan.org and clicking on the live streaming tab. Kenneth Florian was born on November 1, 1953, to Wilfred and Esther (Hennen) Hentges. He was a brother to Bob, Bill, Paul, Mary and Mark. Ken married Lyda Seurer on May 25, 1974 and they were blessed with four children. He spent his career doing what he loved the most…farming!!! In 2012, Ken started working for My Pillow, up until recently.
Forever loved by wife, Lyda; children, Jeff (Jennifer), Julene (Jason) Davenport, Jacob (Katie), Jesse (Kristi); 8 grandchildren; siblings, Bill (Gloria), Paul (Marilyn), Mary (Mike) Simon; sister-in-law, Renee; other relatives and friends.
Preceded in death by parents; brothers, Robert, Mark; niece, Rachel Simon and nephew, Travis.

Oh my goodness we are so very very sorry for your loss! We love you all and can’t tell you how sad we feel! We will see you soon after we return from AZ and quarantine for two weeks. Ken was a good friend of mine. A down to earth, funny guy, a fellow farmer, who put his family first. I always loved running into him somewhere. Usually ended with a good belly laugh. Sad to have gone, too young.
I am so sorry to hear this news. My sympathies and thoughts go out to Lyda and their family. I will always remember Kenny taking me to see the cows everytime I would visit the farm with my dad. He was a great man.
