Philip Munsterman

With great sadness we announce the passing of Philip Gene Munsterman, age 45, of Shakopee, MN on June 17, 2026. He was born on March 23, 1981, in Willmar, MN, to Randy and Mary Munsterman.

In 1987 the family moved to Eagan, MN, where he graduated from Burnsville High School in 1999. While in school he was active in sports and music, was a member of Scouts where he loved camping, fishing and hiking. Phil was proud to earn the rank of Eagle Scout.

Following graduation, he became a certified meat cutter, which he worked for 27 years. Phil loved to travel visiting many vacation destinations around the country and Mexico. He loved to golf, grill, and try new foods. Phil hunted with family and friends and pretty much enjoyed every type of sport. He was a true Vikings and Twins Fan.

Phil loved time with his family and friends, always quick to offer a helping hand.

Philip is preceded in death, by his grandparents: Ronald and Vivilor (Wentler) Munsterman, Charles and Mabel (Fox) Page, and niece Annalise Munsterman.

Survived by his loving parents Randy and Mary (Page) Munsterman, of Phoenix, AZ; brother Paul and his wife Amy (Roberts) Munsterman, nieces Sofia and Madison Munsterman, of Texas, aunts, uncles and many cousins.

No formal services will be held, please remember Phil's wonderful smile and the twinkle in his eye.
