Joseph "Joe" Mahoney, age 73, of Prior Lake, MN, passed away on January 11, 2026 at his home surrounded by family. A Time of Gathering to honor Joe will be held from 4:00 - 7:00 PM on Wednesday, January 21, 2026 at Ballard-Sunder Funeral & Cremation, 4565 Pleasant St SE, Prior Lake, MN. Joe will be laid to rest at Credit River Cemetery.
Joe will be greatly missed by sons, Matthew Mahoney and Joel Theis; grandson, Dash Theis; companion, Bonnie Theis; brothers and sisters; and other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
He is preceded in death by parents, Martin Vincent and Gladys Christina Mahoney; and siblings.
