Joe Boone

It is with hearts both heavy and grateful that we pause to honor and remember the life of a remarkable man whose journey touched all who had the privilege to know him. Though words can scarcely capture the full measure of a person’s presence, we gather them here to celebrate a life lived with compassion, kindness, and—most of all—love.

A Celebration of Life for Joe will be held on Tuesday, August 12, 2025 at Ridges Golf Course in Jordan (21775 Ridges Dr) at 3pm with a Time of Gathering for 2 hours prior.

Joseph Andrew Boone, lovingly known as Joe, was a devoted father, an avid outdoorsman, a loyal dog lover, and, proudly, a “momma’s boy.” His greatest joy and proudest accomplishments were his four beloved children: Genesis, Noah, Mary, and Silas. Joe had a heart for helping others, always ready to lend a hand—especially when someone needed it most.

Joe was preceded in death by his father, James Boone; maternal grandmother, Mary Campbell; paternal grandparents, Carol and Gerald Briski; uncles, Allan and Scott Campbell; and aunts, Betsy Michuda and Sandra Ebensteiner.

He is survived by his loving mother, Nancy; his children, Genesis (17), Noah (13), Mary (9), and Silas (8); and his sisters: Jennifer (Roger) Cox and their children Owen, Emma, Gabriella, and Griffin; Steffanie Boone and her son Joseph Joshua; Elizabeth Boone and her son Allan; and Samantha (Mark) Minter and their children Camden, Elliot, Hendrix, and Luca. Joe is also remembered with love by many cousins, aunts, uncles, and dear friends.

We invite all who knew Joe to join us in celebrating his life by sharing stories and memories—of laughter, love, and the warmth he brought into the world.

As we say goodbye, our hearts hold both sorrow and deep gratitude. May we continue to honor Joe by carrying forward his spirit—through acts of kindness, love for the outdoors, and unwavering support for one another. His memory lives on in all of us.
