Jennifer Ann Pribble

Jennifer Ann Pribble, age 60, of Prior Lake, MN, sadly departed her family too soon on Friday, May 23, 2025, while surrounded by loved ones at home.

A time of gathering will be held for Jen on Saturday, June 14, 2025, from 10-11:45 am, with a celebration of life at 12 pm, at Ballard-Sunder Funeral & Cremation, 4565 Pleasant St. SE, Prior Lake, MN 55372.

Jennifer Ann Pribble was brought into this world by parents John and Meredith Henrikson on February 7th, 1965, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She grew up with her three siblings, Mark, Heidi, and Kari Henrikson. Jen’s eldest brother, Mark, sadly passed away at age twelve. Shortly after, the Henriksons moved to Eden Prairie where Jen attended middle and high school. As a young girl, Jen enjoyed going to Girl Scout camp with Heidi, where they spent days backpacking, canoeing, and portaging. She participated in choir and volleyball in high school and always spoke fondly of her childhood summer memories at the family cabin swimming and sailing. After graduating high school, Jen pursued a Bachelor’s Degree in Community Health at the University of Minnesota-Duluth.

Following her college graduation, Jen moved back to the Twin Cities area and met her forever life partner Michael Pribble. Mike and Jen spent their early years together listening to live music and dancing, sharing meals, attending sports games and plays, and spending time with their families and friends. As a young professional, Jen pursued many careers in Community Health; first at Diet Center as a counselor, then to Oak Park Heights Prison as a guard, and later began medical sales at Augustine Medical.

Mike and Jen were married in Cottage Grove, Minnesota at Cedarhurst Mansion on July 23rd, 1994. They lived together in Eden Prairie and started their family in 1996 with the birth of their first child, Erin. Their second daughter, Paige, followed closely after in 1999. Mike and Jen moved their family to Prior Lake in 2000 where they continued to raise their children in a loving, warm home for the next 25 years.

Jen made the heartfelt decision to stay home and raise her daughters—a role she embraced with unwavering pride, devotion, and love. She enriched her daughters’ childhoods with countless trips to the beach, arts and craft days, homemade treats, and lots of laughter. She taught her children to love deeply, live intentionally, and take pride in working hard across all areas of life. An avid school volunteer and sideline cheerleader for her kids, she loved making appearances at holidays in the classroom and never missed a dance competition or soccer game.

During her later adult life, Jen worked passionately for two health-oriented companies—Halo Sleep then Clarus Medical. In her free time, she found creative fulfillment in card-marking, art projects, experimental baking, and decorating her home for holidays. She frequently visited her children at University of Wisconsin–Madison for Parent’s Weekends and football games with Mike. One of her greatest loves was the beach; family favorite vacation spots being St. John and Hawaii.

Jen was diagnosed with untreatable malignant sarcoma in December 2021. As the disease progressed, she fought fiercely for her family through treatment. She passed away at age 60 on May 23rd, 2025, surrounded by loved ones at home. She will be lovingly remembered for the wisdom she generously shared, her infectious laughter, and the unforgettable moments she created with those she loved most.

Deeply loved, Jen will be forever missed by husband, Mike Pribble; daughters, Erin Pribble, Paige Pribble; father, John (Peggy) Henrikson; sisters, Heidi (Steve) Cordell, Kari (Kevin) Conant; other loving relatives and friends.

Greeting Jen home in Heaven is her mother, Meredith Henrikson and brother, Mark Henrikson.
