Clifford Myron Wittstruck II passed away peacefully at home on June 22, 2026, at 11:11 p.m., surrounded by love.
Born on March 25, 1954, Cliff lived a life defined by music, service, and family. A gifted guitarist known and admired by many, he shared his talent throughout his life in numerous bands and musical collaborations. Whether performing on stage, rehearsing with friends, or simply playing for those he loved, music was woven into the fabric of who he was.
Beyond his musical accomplishments, Cliff dedicated much of his career to education, serving in leadership roles at several colleges and positively impacting countless students, faculty, and staff. He was respected for his wisdom, leadership, and genuine care for others.
Those who knew Cliff will remember him as one of the most loving and caring people they ever met. While music was a lifelong passion, his greatest joy was always his family. He cherished time spent with those he loved and was never happier than when surrounded by family and friends.
His legacy lives on through the many lives he touched as a husband, father, papa, brother, educator, musician, mentor, and friend. Though he will be deeply missed, the love he shared and the music he created will continue to resonate for years to come.
