Bev Bombardo

Bev Bombardo, age 71, of Lakeville, MN, passed away on September 26, 2026.

Please join us in remembering and celebrating Bev’s life. Rather than a formal service, we will be holding an open house-style visitation and gathering from 10:00 AM–12:00 PM on Saturday, October 10, 2026 at Ballard-Sunder Funeral & Cremation (4565 Pleasant St Se, Prior Lake, MN). Friends and family are welcome to come anytime during that window to visit, share memories, and spend time together. A luncheon will follow at 1:00 PM at Legends Golf Club (8670 Credit River Blvd, Prior Lake, MN).

Beverly “Bev” Bombardo was a beloved wife, mother, stepmother, Nana, sister, aunt, and friend whose family was at the center of her life.

Bev was the devoted wife of James Bombardo and a loving mother to Jason, who preceded her in death, Jaime, Jeremy, and Joshua. She was also a cherished stepmother to Brandon, Christopher, and Courtney, who preceded her in death.

One of Bev’s greatest joys was being Nana. She loved and took great pride in her grandchildren: Parker, Isabella, Lilliana, Joshua Jason “JJ,” McKinsley, Brooklyn, Caiden, Ethan, Hensley, and Avery. Her love made home feel like home, and the memories, traditions, and stories she created will live on through her family.

Bev also found happiness in caring for her dogs and flowers, appreciating the simple beauty of the things she nurtured.

Christmas held a special place in Bev’s heart. She loved the season’s traditions, family gatherings, and the warmth and joy they brought. Because of her, Christmas will forever carry pieces of Bev with it. Each year, as the lights go up and family gathers, she will be remembered with love for the magic and happiness she brought to the season.

Bev will be remembered for the love she gave so freely, the family she cherished so deeply, and the irreplaceable place she held in the lives of those who loved her.

Bev will be deeply missed by her husband, children, grandchildren, extended family, friends, and all who knew and loved her. Though her absence leaves an immeasurable space, the love she gave will remain with her family always.
