Allan D. Tlougan

Allan D. Tlougan, age 74, of Prior Lake, MN, passed unexpectedly on Friday, June 27, 2025. He now rests in the hands of his Lord.

A celebration of life will be held for Al on Thursday, July 10, 2025, at 11 am, with a time of gathering from 9:30-10:30 am, at Prior Lake Baptist Church, 5690 Credit River Road, Prior Lake. Pastor Sam Choi will preside. A private family burial will be laid to rest with his beloved wife, Marcia at St. Michael Catholic Cemetery.
