Nancy Jean Frinkman

Nancy Jean Frinkman was born on November 30, 1954, to parents Robert and Milida (Zimmer) Frinkman in Minneapolis, MN. She was one of three daughters. She was a life resident of Prior Lake, MN. She graduated from Prior Lake High School in 1972 and went on to receive her Bachelor of Arts degree from Gustavus Adolphus College in 1976.

She worked for Dayton Hudson and Target corporations in management. In the community, she was a charter member of Shepherd of the Lake Lutheran Church and served as Associate Chair of the Senate District 35 DFL party. She loved and supported the cultural arts in the area. Her other love was the farm she was raised on.

At the age of 57, Nancy Frinkman passed away and entered God’s arms on the afternoon of Sunday, October 21, 2012 at her home.

Forever loved, Nancy will be deeply missed by her sister, Roberta (Ed) Grube of Poplar, WI, niece, Gretchen and nephew, Andy, and many other loving relatives, friends and her cat “Tubby Cat”.

Nancy is preceded in death by her parents Robert and Milida Frinkman, and her sister, Betty Ann Frinkman.

The Celebration of Life Service will be on Sunday, October 28 at 4 PM at Shepherd of the Lake Lutheran Church, 3611 N Berens Road, Prior Lake with visitation from 2-4:00 PM at church.
