Mary was a smiling, happy joy to be around! Her laughter and love of life was something she shared without hesitation. She was on the board of directors at Southern Valley Alliance for Battered Women with me where I got to know her better over the last few years. She selflessly gave of herself, her time, talents and treasure to those in need and we were honored to have her on the board. She was dedicated to helping women and families trying to survive the horrors of abuse. She will be greatly missed and I am sorry for her loss by her closest family and friends.
