Martha Jean Beuch, age 64 of Lydia, MN, entered eternal life on Sunday, June 6, 2021.
Visitation will be on Friday, June 18, 2021, 10-11 am at Ballard-Sunder Funeral & Cremation in Prior Lake with the celebration of life service to follow at 11:00 am.
On December 23, 1956, in Minneapolis, Martha was born to Clayton and Alice (Frederick) Hendricks. She was the youngest of their seven children. She attended school in Minneapolis and later graduated from Roosevelt High School.
Through mutual friends, Martha was introduced to Marlin Frank Beuch. Her smile and kindness immediately caught Marlin’s eye. Their love grew and on December 3, 1977, they were united in marriage at Lydia Zion United Methodist Church. They were blessed with 44 years together and a loving family.
Martha dedicated her life to her family—she was a proud wife, mother, and grandmother. Martha was her children’s biggest supporters, often taking interest in their activities and never shying away from participating.
Always busy, Martha stayed active in her garden and enjoyed arts & crafts especially sewing. A woman of faith, she also loved teaching missionettes and homeschooling her children which including many life skills such as farming, sewing, baking, music, and much more.
In later years Martha faced numerous health challenges, yet she remained generous and kindhearted. She is forever loved and missed by her husband, Marlin; son, Brian (Maira) Beuch and their Eric, Reno, Braulio, Mia; daughter, Sara (Robert) Florey and their children, George, Elizabeth, James, Robert Jr; daughter, Felicia Beuch; siblings, Greg (Gail) Hendricks, Mary (Ron) Johnson, Renee (John) Sweetmilk, Peg (Wayne) Peterson, Kathy (Dave) Coleman, Sara (Gerald) Vick; other relatives and friends.
