Dear Leon and other family,
I am so shocked and saddened by Lee’s passing. He worked so very, very hard for us at GGC Designs, and we spoke often over the last couple of years. He was dedicated, passionate and always such a delight to talk to as he was always so UP and uplifted all of us.
His belief in our product and what we had to offer was awesome, and he is and will always be very dear to us and missed GREATLY!
I am so sorry. Especially being a twin myself, I know that grief is extraordinary .
Gods Blessings,
Colleen Sandberg

Shocked. I just got a call today from Curtis Johns, a friend of Lee’s to tell me about his death. Lee and I were best friends in 1982-83 living in Robert Grossman’s house in Playa del Ray. We only recently reconnected weeks after the death of his wife. Lee and I had some weird, great times in LA. We were going to get together again because I have not seen him in 31 years!! He phoned me only four weeks ago. Terribly said, but how did he pass away. Can anyone email me back?

I am still sad about Lee’s passing. And still totally shocked. I would say only a couple months before he passed, we had planned to get together on his way to some sales point near South Carolina where I live. Lee and I were great pals. We were roommates in California, living in Playa Del Rey in a large house with 20 other people — owned by Robert Grossman. Lee and I would commonly go out at night and have a ton of fun on the streets and environs of Los Angeles. I moved away from the house at the age of 29. I am now 66. I never saw Lee again, but we kept in touch because he and I had awesome complementary personalities. We shared many stories and exchanged mutual advice about life. So, I was think about him today, googled is his name, can found this obit. Love to all who knew him.
