Joan Moore, age 65 of Prior Lake, passed away at her home on Wednesday, May 4, 2016. A visitation will be held from 9:30-11AM on Tuesday, May 10, 2016 with a memorial service beginning at 11AM all at St. Michael Catholic Church, 16311 Duluth Ave. SE, Prior Lake. Joan will be laid to rest at Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Joan is the beloved wife of Thomas Patrick Moore and the daughter of Olive Meller (nee Schiller) and the late Ralph Meller. She is also survived by her siblings, Elaine (Allen) Walter, Earl (Joan) Meller, Linda (David) Fuchs; sisters-in-law, Mary, Maureen, Kathleen Moore; brother-in-law, Michael (Rita) Moore; nieces and nephews, Michael (Katie), Jeffrey (Kelly), Lorraine and Kathrine Walter, Nicholas and Christopher Meller, Tom and Will Moore; great-nephew and niece, Will and Anna Walter; other relatives and friends.
Memorials are preferred to the Masonic Cancer Center of the U of M or the Prior Lake Chapter of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary.

I am so deeply saddened to hear this news. Joanie was a wonderful lady. She was my Norwex customer and a delight to be around.. May she be in heaven watching her baseball Twins… hugs to her family!
