Ta was a good friend. I played soccer with him for many years. We were both on the Silverbacks. I was shocked and saddened to hear of his passing. All of his soccer friends will miss him greatly. My condolences to the family.

Hoa Ta & I worked at Cypress Semiconductor for many years – he invited me to play soccer with other older guys and we would often use our vacation time to play with the Silverbacks Wed. evenings before working the rest of overnight shift. Ta was enthusiastic in all he did and is still an inspiration to others – he was such a faithful friend

I had the pleasure to play alongside Ta for the last four seasons for the Silverbacks. A leader by example. We will miss his enthusiasm and hardwork that inspired us to give 100%. My condolences to his family.

I had the pleasure of knowing and working with Hoa for 14 years, he was always upbeat and had a smile on his face. He never failed to put a smile on my face every time I saw him. He had such a passion for life and was always well liked. I will miss his infectious laugh and the smile he always seemed to have on his face. Hoa was very passionate about everything he did, he was always positive and it was infectious. All of us here at Cypress lost a very good friend and co-worker when we lost Hoa, I for one am honored to have worked with him. To Hoa’s family words cannot express how very sorry I am for your loss, while we had the honor of working with him you had the privilege of having him in your family. I will keep you all in my prayers in the coming days, weeks and months as you adjust to a new normal. The world is a little less bright without Hoa. Friends like Hoa are hard to come by.
