Dmitriy Bondarenko, age 39 of Shakopee, passed away Thursday, August 11, 2016 in Panama City Beach, Florida after rescuing a struggling swimmer from the rough waters.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 20, 2016 at 9:00AM with a visitation 1-hour prior at the Slavic Baptist Church, 1205 10th Avenue East, Shakopee. Burial will follow at Valley Cemetery in Shakopee.
Dmitriy is survived by his wife, Anastasiya, their children, and many other loving relatives and friends.
The Bondarenko family is served with care and compassion by the staff at Ballard-Sunder Funeral Home.
