Deb Lindquist, age 63 of Jordan, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, June 8, 2021.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Pickled Pig in Jordan on Saturday June 26, 2021 from 1pm-3pm.
On March 22, 1958, in New Prague, MN, Deb was born to parents Clifford and Louise (Paul) Lindquist. Along with her seven siblings, Deb grew up in Jordan and later graduated from high school with the class of ’76.
Deb was an amazing mother, daughter, sister, and friend. Whether it was an animal looking for help or a person, Deb was a generous and loving caretaker. For many years she worked in home health care through Right at Home. Her favorite job though was working at the hardware stores in Jordan and Belle Plaine.
Outside of work, Deb spent time with friends, visiting the state parks, and gardening. She especially enjoyed walking her dog Marty around Jordan and attending town events.
Deb is loved and missed by her daughter, Jessica Kliche; mother, Louise Lindquist; siblings, Linky (Manney) Bolten, Karen (Carl) Day, Rose Olson, Rich “Bird” Lindquist, Gerry (Paul Kleaver) Berger, Cliff (Jenn) Lindquist, Michelle Baer; other loving relatives and friends.

I am very sorry to hear of the passing away of my friend Deb. I wish her family peace at this difficult time. She marched to her own drummer, and lived life on her terms. All the people and animals she helped in this life, surely has earned her a soft landing spot in Heaven.
Bless you Deb. Rest in Peace.
May Her Memory be a Blessing to all of you.

Deb was a very special , warm , kind and unique woman with a big heart of gold. I really enjoyed her friendship.
Ace Hardware was so fortunate to have her as an employee because of her extensive knowledge base and necessary people skills to interrelate extremely well with their customers, contractors, as well as the other younger employees.
She will be dearly missed.

Our granddaughter recently started at the Jordan Hardware store. We told her all about Deb and if you need help and guidance she would take you under her wing to do whatever she could do to make you feel comfortable and she would never give you bad advice or steer you wrong and to have faith and trust her. I told her she loved animals and she would help you with your fur-babies. We have known Deb for 30 plus years even at the Chaska Hardware store where she was invalueable. Our granddaughter is really missing out not getting the opportunity to know her. Going to the Jordan store will not be the same without her smiling face and welcoming smile. We will always think of you Deb and when we do our hearts will smile. Please except our most heartfelt sympathy. God’s promise lives on in all of us. Peace be with all of the family and friends and co workers that are grieving her loss.

So sorry to hear about Deb’s passing. She has been a good friend throughout the years even though we have not seen each other for years she has always been an important person in my life. We have had many of laughs and got into trouble now and then, but Deb always had a heart of gold and genuinely cared for people. She is one who is going to be truly missed. My heart goes out to Jessica, Louise, and all her family members.
