Daniel P. Hammer, Sr. passed away during the early morning hours of December 22, 2017 at the age of 81. Throughout his life Daniel was a loving husband, dedicated father, wonderful grandpa and a good provider for his family.
He will be deeply missed an remembered always his children, Debra (Pam Barone) Noiske, Danna (Steve) Monnens, Denise Garske and Daniel Hammer, Jr.; grandchildren, James Noiske, Ashley (Rodney Lorfing) Noiske, Jillian (Blake) Romann, Michael Monnens, Laura Monnens, Kaycee (John) Dudgeon, Bailee Garske and Jeffrey Hammer; great-grandkids, Sebastian, Marilyn, Alli, Hannah, Shay and Coleton; other loving relatives, neighbors and friends. Daniel was reunited in Heaven with his beloved wife, Donna.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
