Preceded in death by parents, Douglas and Eileen (Greene) Fouks; brother, Bert (Carol) Fouks.

Visitation is Monday, December 2, 2013, 4:00 – 7:00 PM at Ballard-Sunder Funeral Home; 4565 Pleasant Street SE; Prior Lake, MN 55372.

Celebration of Life Service is Tuesday, December 3, 2013 at 10:00 AM with visitation one hour prior at Shepherd of the Lake Lutheran Church; 3611 North Berens Road NW; Prior Lake, MN 55379. Reverend Diana Hunstad will preside.
