Kenneth J. Warden Kenneth J. Warden age 54 of St. Paul formerly of Jordan passed away at his home on Friday, June 6, 2008.
He was born to Jerry & Linda (Wiese) Warden in New Prague on September 18, 1953.
He graduated from Jordan High School in 1971, He attended Hennepin Tech where he learned to be a chef. Ken was a US Army Veteran.
He worked as a Letter Carrier for the US Postal Service in Mound and Jordan.
Ken loved fishing and playing cards, cooking and camping. He had nicknamed most everyone he knew and most of the names were used.
Ken is survived by his mother Linda of Rochester, MN, son John of Lexington, KY, brothers Larry (Mary) of Jordan, MN, Bob (Maggie) of Maribel, NC, Keith (Laureen) of Jordan, MN, sisters Dorothy Tournat of Rochester, MN, Joan (Craig) Woxland of Rochester, MN, Constance (Terry) Mattson of Raleigh, NC, Kay (Doug) Jamison of Raleigh, NC, many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded I death by his father Jerry Warden
Visitation will be Monday, June 9th, 4 till 7 PM at Ballard– Sunder Funeral Home, 104 First St. W., Jordan, MN.
Funeral Services will be on Tuesday, June 10th, 10:30 AM at Hope Lutheran Church, 201 Avenue of Hope, Jordan, MN with the Reverend Steven Thompson presiding.
Pallbearers will be Craig Woxland, Ted Woxland, Paul Warden, Michael Warden, Terry Mattson & Nathan Warden.
Interment will be at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis. The Sort Snelling Memorial Rifle Squad will provide military honors.
