Lyle A. Wilson
Lyle A Wilson age 66 of San Francisco, CA formerly of Jordan passed away on Thursday, Nov. 8th at St. Francis Hospital in Shakopee.
He is survived by son Aaron David (Ruth) Wilson of Beaverton, OR, daughter Elizabeth Doreen Wilson of Prior Lake, 2 grandchildren, Nicole Skorczewski, and Liliana Wilson; brother Larry Wilson of Jordan, sister Gayle (Ed) Bowler of Jordan.
Lyle was preceded in death by parents Ralph Aaron and Gladys L. Wilson.
He was an active boater and a member of the Oyster Point Yacht Club and the Coast Guard Auxiliary. He was a Ham Radio Operator KŘLSE. His work with radios went from the home crystal radios to quality testing the radios that went to the moon and those that landed on mars on the Viking Lander. Lyle was a Jordan High School Graduate. It was at JHS that he developed a strong interest in electronics and electricity. He worked as an Electrical Engineer in the Power Transmission Industry.
Funeral Service Tuesday, Nov 13th 2:00 PM at Hope Lutheran Church, 201 Ave. of Hope, Jordan, MN with visitation 1 hour prior to service at the church. Private Interment. Funeral arrangements by Ballard-Sunder Funeral Home in Jordan.
