Verdelle Josephine Seidel Verdelle Josephine Seidel age: 71 of : Prior Lake, MN
Welcomed into the loving arms of our Lord on the morning of June 29th. She was born to Alex and Josephine Ramerth of Dundee, MN on Oct. 6, 1936. She married the love of her life and best friend, Ted Seidel on June 19, 1961. She is the loving mother of Julie (Loren) McCaghy of Hartford, CN, Thea (Mark) Svihel of Oak Grove, MN, Kristine (Jason) Bruce of Lakeville, MN and John (Jennifer) Seidel of Champlin, MN. Verdelle was the ever adoring grandmother to Nathan, Ryan, Mackenzie Svihel, Lexy and Livvy Bruce and Keara & Ava Seidel. She is survived by three very special siblings, Marilyn Clarke of Fulda, Marlene (John) Harbinson of St. Paul and Tom (Shirlene) Ramerth of Dundee as well as many beloved close friends.
Verdelle taught at Proctor, Worthington, Lonsdale and Lakeville. She was a writer, poet and avid reader. Her faith was an important part of her life as well as social justice.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2, 2008, 4-7 PM, Ballard-Sunder Funeral Home, Prior Lake, MN and also one hour prior the service at church on Thursday.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, July 3, 2008, 11 AM, Church of St. Michael, Prior Lake, MN
Interment will be at St. Michael Catholic Cemetery, Prior Lake, MN
Pallbearers will be Jason Bruce, Mark Svihel, Loren McCaghy, Tom Ramerth, John Harbinson, Andy George
