Nelva Mary (Stein) Schultz
Born on July 10, 1919 in Spring Park, MN, Nelva was the daughter of John C. and Katherine (Hayes) Stein. She was United in Marriage to Kenneth F. Schultz on September 6, 1938 in Mound, MN. Kenneth passed away August 6, 1996.
Nelva was 90 years young when she passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 19, 2010 at St. Gertrude’s Health and Rehabilitation Center in Shakopee, MN.
She is loved and will be deeply missed by children, Katherine Fennema of Le Sueur, Nelva (Glendon) Reddemann of Prior Lake, John (Juanita) Schultz of Apple Valley; 8 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Delores (Alvin) Dudek in Watertown, Juanita Urban of Glencoe and many family and friends. Nelva is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth; grandson-in-law, Christopher Dellinger; parents; brother-in-law, Jim Urban.
Pall bearers will be her grandsons, Glendon Charles Reddemann II, Robert Harrison, Brian Harrison, Kenneth Fennema, Brian Schultz and Dean Schultz.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, June 22 from 4-7 PM at Ballard-Sunder Funeral Home, 4565 Pleasant Street SE, Prior Lake. The Celebration of Life Service will be on Wednesday, June 23 at 10:00 AM at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 5634 Luther Road SE, Prior Lake, MN. Reverend John Stern will officiate. Interment will be at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens in Crystal, MN.
